Nicaragua Coffee is a smooth and balanced single origin coffee sourced from the Molino Norte region in Matagalpa, one of the most respected coffee-growing areas in Nicaragua. Grown at altitudes ranging from 900 to 1590 meters, this coffee benefits from fertile soils and favorable climate conditions that enhance its flavor profile.

This medium roast offers a refined cup with tasting notes of cocoa, floral undertones, and bright citrus. Nicaragua Coffee is known for its clean structure and balanced character, delivering a combination of sweetness and gentle acidity that makes it easy to enjoy.

The beans are produced by smallholder farmers and include varietals such as Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema.
